What Do We Do

Empowering Investment and Sustainable Growth

Industrial Park Development and Operations

ASEZA develops provincial government-owned Industrial Parks with comprehensive infrastructure and services. Our supplier park model places these facilities around anchor investments, creating ecosystems where suppliers directly access anchors and other tenants, strengthening supply chains while boosting local economic development through enhanced domestic capabilities.

Local Content Solutions

ASEZA's supplier park model advances local content development, a key driver of Africa’s economic growth. By placing anchor tenants near their supply chains, we enhance regional impact and sustainability. Our Youth Foundation and SME accelerator programs foster enterprise growth, skills transfer, supply chain efficiency, job creation, and community empowerment.

Sustainable Development

With 60% of Africa’s population under 25, youth employment is central to ASEZA’s mission. The African Youth Employment Secretariat (AYES) connects stakeholders to drive job creation. Meanwhile, the African Green Economy Secretariat (AGES) promotes sustainability through education, training, and market access, bridging the gap between green initiatives and business opportunities.

Investor Attraction and Alliances

For 20 years, ASEZA has built trust through PPPs, strong government ties, and global partnerships. Our network streamlines industrial operations, providing market access and investment opportunities, making us a key intermediary across diverse markets.
